The only offering where the person who brought the animal gets a meal out of it. The fat and the blood go to God, the breast and right thigh to the priests, and the rest is eaten by the household — which, given an ox and a two-day limit, means it is shared well beyond the household. The animal may be male or female here. What is not relaxed is the fat: all the fat is the LORD’s, permanently, everywhere Israel lives.
