The priestly garments are finished, and the chapter certifies each one as it goes: seven times, item by item, as the LORD commanded Moses. Then a delivery manifest, brought to Moses, inspected, and accepted. He looks at all the work, sees it was done as commanded, and blesses them. Read that alongside the end of the first creation account — God sees everything he has made, the work is finished, and he blesses — and the correspondence is hard to miss.
